Return / Refund Policy

SeshYea accepts returns of all unused and unopened products within 30 days from when the order was placed. For hygiene purposes, we cannot accept the return of any used product.

Of course, we refund our clients upon accepting their returns. Nonetheless, our clients incur 15% restocking fee and shipping costs for every return made. Similarly, order cancellations are also subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.

It is imperative to note that defective products are entitled to a replacement during the manufacturer's warranty period and in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty return policy. Besides, some manufacturers oblige clients to process all warranty claims with the manufacturer directly. With that said, the client incurs all shipping costs associated with a defective product return, unless the product was received dead on arrival.

Clients should note that, except for a few products, all accessories and product component parts must be returned with the unit. However, if upon inspection the returned unit is determined to be operating normally we will ship the same unit back at the customer's expense. Of course, returns will not be processed if the conditions of our Return Policy are not fully met.

Missing/Broken items

Clients are expected to report missing or broken items within 72 hours of delivery. Our clients should also be informed that all glass products are not covered under warranty except if they arrived broken.

Out of stock items

We do our best to ensure that we have sufficient stock of all the products that are displayed via our website. But of course, we sometimes run out of some items. However, we always ensure that our clients are notified immediately and presented with other product options if such a situation arises.
